Huvo provides custom hairpiece creation, delivery, and stylist services across the UK. When you make a purchase or book an appointment, you agree to:

Follow our instructions for submitting photos and choosing a hairpiece style.
Attend your scheduled appointments or reschedule in a timely manner.

2. Orders and Payments

Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
Payments: We accept payments via [payment methods, e.g., Klarna, Clearpay, credit cards, etc.].
Installments: If you choose to pay using Klarna or Clearpay, you agree to their respective terms for installment payments.
Cancellations: You may cancel or change your order before it is processed by contacting us. Once your order is processed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed for custom hairpieces.

3. Appointments

Booking: Appointments with Huvo stylists can be booked through our website or via Calendly.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
Styling Sessions: You are entitled to a free styling session for every hairpiece you purchase.

4. Shipping

We aim to ship all custom hairpieces within 5 working dates of order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will be provided with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our hairpieces, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you experience any issues with your hairpiece, please contact us to resolve the issue.
